Meditation & Relaxation Classes

• Reduce stress & anxiety, improve sleep quality, enhance mental clarity, feel more at peace & joyful, while increasing your overall well being!

• Learn ways to ease physical tension, simple meditation techniques, pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation. I also share yoga philosophy and well-being wisdom. Classes are welcoming and end with a cup of herbal tea.

Locations and timings:

  • Wednesdays

    8pm Knowl Hill (Yoga studio, RG10 9YN)

  • Everyone is welcome. People new to meditation, those who regularly meditate and anyone in between. Please message me if you would like more information.

In person classes - £14 (or £75 for 6 classes).
