ABOUT Jo

I started practicing yoga over 20 years ago. Yoga, meditation and playing the Gong, have helped me to find my true path to happiness, well being, peace and joy. They help me to navigate the ups and downs of life, and I love to share the knowledge I have learned (and am still learning), in my yoga and meditation classes, workshops, Gong sessions and retreats.

I chose to do my yoga teacher training with FRYOG - studying classical and holistic yoga. I then studied with Swami Saradananda, and trained to become a meditation teacher.

I am a qualified Gong Master Practitioner, I trained with Sarah Gregg at Scared Sound Inspirations.

I have trained with Laura Green for Yin Yoga.

I have become more immersed in the world of yoga since having my children - I practice yoga and meditate daily, and am always adding to my knowledge and skills.

Life can be busy - come and join me to rest and be still for a moment.
