Gong Sound Baths
Experience deeply relaxing gong bath sessions that integrate meditation and relaxation techniques. Some sessions also feature gentle yoga to enhance your journey. The soothing sounds and vibrations of the gong, along with other healing instruments, create a meditative and restorative atmosphere. I offer a variety of venues and times, accommodating group events, private sessions, and corporate gatherings to suit your needs. Yoga Classes
I teach Hatha yoga, Yin yoga and Restorative. Develop strength and flexibility, whilst regulating your nervous system and learning to be pin the present moment. Classes are held in beautiful locations with plenty of easy to access parking. Suitable for all levels including beginners. Each class incorporates asana (postures), pranayama (breath-work), meditation and relaxation. Classes are candlelit, welcoming and rejuvenating.

Meditation & Relaxation Classes
Join an enriching meditation class designed to cultivate inner peace, a sense of calm, and mindfulness. Each session guides you through various techniques including seated stretches to ease the body, breath work, mudras, meditations and guided relaxation. Sessions end with herbal tea and a feeling of peace. Everyone is welcome - seasoned practitioners and those completely new to meditation, the environment encourages personal growth and tranquility.
